Jo Lindner posted fitness-related tricks techniques, routines, and tips via his Instagram. Jo died in 2023 aged 30 suffering from an Aneurysm. The doctor noticed a discomfort in his neck right before he died. The death announcement was made by friend and fellow bodybuilder Noel Deyzel via Instagram on July 1st of 2023, and later by his then-girlfriend Nicha.
